Send a prn file

Hi, I don't understand very well FRP use. My problem is:

I got a file *.prn (settings printer file to Brother HL-5250DN) throught "remote printer console" aplication. This aplication uses JAVA but I can't install JAVA machine on all PC's with HL-5250DN.

PRN File:

%-12345X@PJL
@PJL DEFAULT AUTOCONT=OFF
@PJL SET AUTOCONT=OFF
@PJL DEFAULT REPRINT=OFF
@PJL SET REPRINT=OFF
@PJL DEFAULT PAGEPROTECT=AUTO
@PJL SET PAGEPROTECT=AUTO
@PJL DEFAULT PERSONALITY=AUTO
@PJL SET PERSONALITY=AUTO
@PJL DEFAULT PRIORITY=EPSON
@PJL SET PRIORITY=EPSON
@PJL DEFAULT KEEPPCL=OFF
@PJL SET KEEPPCL=OFF
@PJL DEFAULT ERRORPRINT=ON
@PJL DEFAULT PRTPCLERRS=ON
@PJL DEFAULT TIMEOUTSLEEP=60
@PJL SET TIMEOUTSLEEP=60
%-12345X

Can I use FRP to send this prn file in order to modify some settings on printers?

Thanks, and sorry, my english isn't so good.

Bye
